General Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets
- Cultivate relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community to strengthen the restaurant's reputation and presence
General Manager Qualifications :
- 3+ years as a restaurant General Manager
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Financial and business acumen
