Position Overview
Are you an impact-driven marketer looking to put your stamp on a growing company? This role is built for candidates with proven expertise in demand generation, content, digital strategy, product marketing, martech, and / or events. Your scope will be tailored to deliver maximum measurable impact, as you will define, champion, and optimize plans, directly linking efforts to business growth and accountability.

You'll be part of a mighty team of entrepreneurial marketers reporting to the Head of Marketing under the COO, with high visibility to REsurety's leadership team. We're looking for candidates ready to experiment, own, and lead their domains in support of REsurety's mission to empower the clean energy market of the future.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assume full strategic ownership and execution for 2-3 areas selected from the following list :
Revenue Engine & Acquisition
- Demand and Lead Generation : Own strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, paid digital, social ads) focused on driving MQL velocity and accelerating pipeline.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Design and deploy bespoke, high-touch ABM campaigns to penetrate and expand specific high-value accounts.
- Events & Field Marketing : Manage virtual and flagship in-person events, from strategy to execution, ensuring attendance and delivering clear Return on Investment (ROI).
