Project Manager II

The Project Manager II is responsible for interpreting contract documents, overseeing project documentation, ensuring compliance with materials and methods, and serving as a point of contact for consultants, and internal teams. The Project Manager II assist in efforts to ensure projects progress on schedule, within budget, and with optimal efficiency, while proactively mitigating risks and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Compensation : $115,000 - $130,000 / year (Exempt)

Reporting Relationship : Reports to : Senior VP of Development & Construction, Senior Project Manager

Supervises : n / a
