PROGRAM : Openings at our East Harlem, Bronx, Ward's Island, NY locations

MAJOR FUNCTIONS :

The Case Manager is responsible for providing counseling and case management services related to substance abuse, legal, mental health, medical and vocational / educational issues. They work directly with the clients in individual and group counseling sessions on issues surrounding chemical abuse / dependency and advocates a drug-free lifestyle. The Case Manager works closely with the rest of the staff as an integral part of the clinical team.
