Mobile Service Technician

Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is expanding our customer service reach with a state-of-the-art Spiffy-equipped mobile service van, and we’re looking for a skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, customer-focused technician who enjoys working independently and delivering dealership-quality service directly to our customers’ homes or workplaces. Key Responsibilities Perform light maintenance and factory recall work on customer vehicles using the mobile service van Services include oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, wiper and filter changes, fluid checks, and similar minor repairs Follow manufacturer-approved repair procedures and maintain compliance with warranty and recall processes Ensure the mobile van and all tools / equipment remain clean, organized, and in proper working condition Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain services and vehicle condition Maintain strong relationships with customers, service advisors, and the fixed operations team Promote the Mount Pleasant CDJR brand through excellent service and professionalism in the field Qualifications Vehicle, Appliance, HVAC, Cable, Pool Mobile Repair experience preferrerd Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer literacy (CDK or similar DMS experience a plus) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle service work What We Offer Brand-new fully upfit Spiffy mobile van equipped with all necessary tools Competitive hourly pay plus performance incentives & compensation for drive time Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k)) Ongoing Stellantis factory training and certification opportunities Supportive, family-oriented dealership culture focused on growth and innovation Opportunity to pioneer and grow Mount Pleasant CDJR’s mobile service division Employment Type : Full Time Salary : $26 - $30 Hourly Bonus / Commission : No
