About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Development with a focus on hospitality and multifamily real estate projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development strategy, from identifying opportunities and analyzing market trends to securing financing and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. This role demands a hands-on approach to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The VP will also be tasked with building and managing high-performing teams, fostering a positive culture, and maintaining strong relationships with investors, partners, and community stakeholders.

Applicants for the VP of Development position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or construction management and a minimum of 7 years' experience in real estate development, with a proven track record in leading large-scale hospitality or multifamily projects.
