Job Function : Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute quality control policies and guidelines.
- External QPR (Customer) Validate QPR from customer and determine what actions must be taken. Issue in-house QPR to responsible department and work with them on finding root cause and countermeasures.
Develop a response to customer for QPR. Track all costs associated with the QPR. Prepare monthly QC meeting documentation and All Associate meeting documentation.
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Documentation Create all PPAP documents to produce any new parts (FMEA, MQC, Process Flow, Sample Data, etc.
except for the Inspection Standard - ISO Assist with ISO Audits Ensure all ISO documents are properly updated and maintained.
Act as lead auditor ISO Auditor Certification (or capable to obtain ISO Certification) required.
Other duties as directed.

Maintain (Supplier Quality Assurance Manual)
Technical Skill Requirements :
- Hands-on experience with quality measuring instruments
- 3 5 years manufacturing quality experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualities / Skills :
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent Attendance and Reliability a must
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, able to multi-task.
- Ability to successfully complete aptitude testing
Education Requirements :
Associate degree preferred but will consider combination of education and experience.
