Compensation

Hourly Pay Rate : $97.65

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2200 - $2360

Facility : Level 1 Trauma Operating Room

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing – Operating Room Registered Nurse

Start Date : November 3, 2025

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Hours per Week : 36

Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM

On Call : No on-call required

Holiday Coverage : 1 summer and 1 fall / winter holiday required; must work either the day before or after if off on the holiday. Must work an evening and a day shift, as well as winter and spring hallmark shifts.

Qualifications – Operating Room RN

Minimum 4 years of Level 1 trauma experience in the operating room

Scrub and circulate experience required

Active New Jersey RN license

BSN degree preferred

BLS and NIHSS certifications required

COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated with 1 booster) required

Strong attention to detail for patient safety and quality monitoring

Excellent organizational skills for coordination of care in the OR

Flexibility to meet department needs; no consecutive days or weeks of requested time off accepted

Responsibilities – OR Registered Nurse

Deliver expert nursing care in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma operating room

Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures

Coordinate patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Monitor and uphold patient safety and quality standards

Adapt to changing priorities and support department needs
