Job Details – OR RN Travel Assignment

Location : Camden, New Jersey (08103) – Convenient to the Delaware River waterfront, diverse dining, and Philadelphia metro area

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing – Operating Room Registered Nurse

Healthcare Setting : Level 1 Trauma Center, General Operating Room

Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (No on-call required)

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Hours per Week : 36

Start Date : September 8, 2025

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2200–$2360

Qualifications – Operating Room Registered Nurse

Active New Jersey RN license (required for all New Jersey nursing jobs)

Minimum 3 years of professional OR nursing experience

Level 1 trauma center experience (required)

BLS and NIHSS certifications (required)

BSN degree preferred

Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including at least one booster

Excellent attention to detail for patient safety and quality monitoring

Strong organizational skills for coordination of care in the operating room

Key Responsibilities – OR RN Travel Nurse

Deliver high-quality nursing care to surgical patients in a Level 1 trauma operating room

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Monitor patient status and respond rapidly to changes in condition

Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols

Document all aspects of patient care accurately and promptly

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a culture of safety
