Seeking innovative manufacturing process engineer with experience developing sound, repeatable composite molding processes for products such as boat hulls, engine nacelles, truck cabs, railcar panels, etc. Shall :

• Evaluate product design, materials, and tolerance requirements to select, develop, and modify closed mold vacuum infusion processes.
• Analyze permeability of reinforcement construction, resin viscosity, and pressure differential in the cavity in relation to atmospheric pressure to evaluate the flow of the resin.
• Develop accurate bills of materials.
• Ensure consistent infusion processes.
• Inspect current processes for improvements, establish plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. Required :
• Experience with vacuum infusion or closely related closed mold process.
• B.S. in Engineering discipline or equivalent technical degree.
• 5+ years developing and improving processes within a composite manufacturing environment.
