Why This Job

The Learning & Development Partner serves as an internal consultant to business leaders and HR, diagnosing capability needs and co-creating learning strategies that accelerate performance, leadership readiness, and organizational effectiveness. This role owns multi-stakeholder learning initiatives end-to-end from needs assessment through solution design, delivery oversight, and outcomes evaluation using data and stakeholder influence to drive adoption and impact.

What You'll Do

Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and HR by consulting on capability gaps, leadership development priorities, and organizational development challenges Translate business needs and performance gaps into scalable, measurable learning and talent solutions Design and implement enterprise learning solutions in support of enterprise leadership, core capability and priority skill initiatives Lead needs assessments to identify root causes and prioritize development opportunities. Recommend appropriate interventions based on diagnosed needs rather than predefined solutions Partner with Talent Management and HR teams to support succession planning efforts, including identifying critical capabilities and development strategies for key roles to build strong talent pipelines Define success metrics for learning initiatives and evaluate effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data. Make recommendations for continuous improvement Contribute to the ongoing evolution of enterprise learning frameworks, tools, and practices to improve scalability, consistency, and effectiveness

What You'll Need

5+ years of progressive experience in L&D, Talent Development, Organizational Development or a related consulting-oriented role Professional certifications (ATD, APTD, CPTD, SHRM or similar) are a plus Prior people leadership experience is a plus Qualifications may be met through a combination of formal L&D experience, equivalent business leadership experience, and demonstrated capability in consulting, influence, and problem solving Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders across multiple functions and levels Strong consultative communication skills with proven ability to influence without authority and navigate multiple stakeholder priorities Expertise in facilitation and learning solution design; able to translate business problems into development strategies Exposure to change management, organizational effectiveness, or transformation initiatives Familiarity with learning evaluation methodologies and using data to inform decisions Experience with learning management systems/reporting Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
