Position Overview :

As a Civil Engineer with a focus on land development design, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing site development projects for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, analyze, and manage projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of land development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways.
• Prepare detailed design plans, reports, and specifications for site development and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare feasibility studies, coordinating with environmental, survey, and planning teams.
• Review and manage design calculations, plans, and specifications for compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
• Coordinate with municipalities, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and project milestones.
• Perform stormwater management design, hydrology studies, and other site-specific engineering analyses.
• Assist with the preparation of bid documents, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
