Cass Clay Creamery is looking for a candidate that is passionate about making a difference in the dairy industry. This individual will batch yogurt and ice cream base. NEW STARTING WAGE!!! Starting pay is $27.66 ($2.00 more after fully trained)
Rotating days: 2-2-3 Schedule Week 1: Mon/Tue- OFF, Wed/Thur - ON, Fri/Sat/Sun - OFF Week 2: Mon/Tue - ON, Wed/Thur - OFF, Fri/Sat/Sun - ON IMPORTANT!! - No set hours, must be flexible, this role is 100% based off the needs of production **must be flexible, willing to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.The ideal candidate would need the following characteristics:

- Passion for quality, safety and doing things right the 1st time
- Ability to admit mistakes as an effort to learn and grow
- As mentioned above, must be able to work various hours. To include - Days, nights, weekends, holidays, OT, odd shifts and various hours.
The HTST 2 Operator is responsible for running the pasteurizer machine and process yogurt and ice cream product. Job duties include - machine set up, pouring in sugars and stabilizers, mixing products, cleaning, routine maintenance, and operation. A forklift is used to bring the ingredients into the room (we train). The HTST2 Operator controls the flow and products to yogurt production. This employee will monitor the gauges, sensors and timers in the control room. They also perform CIP duties, setting up tanks and hooking up. This person must fill out all paperwork as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
