Project Manager

My client is a design build general contractor averaging $450M+ in annual revenue with projects spread across multiple sectors (senior living, multifamily, government, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc.). They are located in the Greater St. Louis area and have a solid backlog of work for 2025 and 2026. They pride themselves on developing their team and having long-tenured employees who enjoy coming into work every day. Due to their growth, they are looking to add more team members to their project management department.

Job Description

Partner with clients from preconstruction phase through closeout. Manage projects ranging from $2M - $60M+ in value. Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders. Assist senior PM lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts. Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines. Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead. Travel as necessary to job sites.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus). 5+ years of experience with a general contractor. Prior experience working as a project manager. Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value. Client-facing experience is a must. Software proficient (ex : procore).
