Job Description

Direct all construction activity and project planning processes. Lead client and project teams to ensure on-time / on-budget project completion. Work with Superintendents and field staff to coordinate project schedules. Monitor project forecast and fulfill job costing responsibilities. Develop and maintain successful client relationships. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of project team. Travel as needed to job sites.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Construction Management or similar discipline. 8-10+ years of Project Management experience. Experience running projects at $10M-$20M range. Previous Multifamily / Commercial construction experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Open to moderate regional travel.
