Member Services Representative
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Member Services Representative to join our team in St. Paul, Minnesota. In this on-site role, you will provide exceptional support to both current and prospective members, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Assist members with a variety of financial services, including managing account inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues.
- Provide guidance on credit union membership benefits and educate members about available products and services.
- Facilitate account openings, closures, and updates, including changes to personal information such as addresses.
- Support members with online banking needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth access to digital services.
- Address concerns about debit card functionality and assist with replacements or related inquiries.
- Deliver personalized service during in-person interactions, dedicating time to thoroughly address member needs without rushing.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of organizational procedures, compliance regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive member experience.
Requirements :
Proficiency in using computers and navigating software applications.Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in customer service, particularly in call center or financial service environments.Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and other standard office tools effectively.Skilled in managing multi-line phone systems and handling high call volumes.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage transactions and account updates efficiently.Commitment to delivering high-quality service and resolving member concerns thoroughly.
