Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused BDC Sales Representative to join our Business Development Center team. This is a full-time in office opportunity to be the voice of our dealershipengaging customers, setting appointments, and helping them begin their journey with one of our premium automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls and respond to internet inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Set and confirm appointments for the sales department.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team by coordinating communication between customers and sales staff.
• Maintain a working knowledge of current promotions and inventory.
