• Implement UKG WFM Pro modules including Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation, with knowledge of the Boomi integration layer.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG WFM Pro projects, including analysis, configuration, testing, and support.
• Engage in requirements gathering, client workshops, and meetings.
• Design work efforts and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively.
