UX / UI Designer

A company is looking for a UX / UI Designer to join their remote product design team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement UX strategy, documentation, and UI design solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric experiences and iterative design approaches

Utilize research and data to validate design decisions and improve user experience

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product design and UX experience

Bachelor's degree in visual design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent work experience

A portfolio showcasing design work and UX process documentation

Experience in financial, fintech, or complex data-centric product design is a plus

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Agile tools like Atlassian Jira
