As a Security Officer in New Braunfels, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Screener supporting a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor entrances, interact with visitors, and help to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols and high visibility. By providing exceptional customer service and clear communication, you will contribute to a welcoming environment while upholding Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Assist with screening of individuals entering the location, in accordance with established protocols for a tech, media, or telecom environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities, while maintaining awareness of unique requirements at a technology and media-oriented location.

Document and report any irregularities, suspicious activities, or policy violations identified during patrols and / or screening processes.

Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and / or contractors to provide assistance and information as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
