Job Title : NJAOC - PEGA Senior Systems Architect (SSA) - Hybrid

Primary Skills : utilize PEGA rules & procedures, PEGA Architect, PEGA Admin & Security, App Design / Case design, business rules / policies, data modeling,  object-oriented SW dev.

Location : Trenton, NJ (Local candidates to the Trenton, NJ region to work two times a week in office.  Please submit those who currently live within a commutable distance to Trenton only.)

Candidate must be available to report onsite as directed.

Work address : 25 Market Street, Trenton, NJ 08625.

Start details : Two weeks after hiring.

Duration :  10 / 11 / 2025 (There will be an extension.)

Work arrangement : Hybrid : Candidate will work onsite 2 days a week and must be available to report onsite as directed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Certified PEGA Senior Systems Architect evaluates existing systems and / or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes.

PEGA Certified Senior System Architect WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE Post SSA Certification.

Must have experience communicating clearly and effectively (oral and written) with technical and non-technical personnel.

Required Skills

• Overall IT experience : Required. 6 + yrs.
• Education : 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study. Required. 4 + yrs.
• Certifications : PEGA Senior Systems Architect Certification. Required. 5+ yrs.
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Required.
• Developing solutions utilizing PEGA rules and procedures. Required. 4 + yrs.
• PEGA Architect and how to integrate with customers technology tools. Required. 6+ yrs.
• PEGA Administration and Security. Required. 6 + yrs.
• Application design / Case design. Required. 5 + yrs.
• Automating Business Rules / Business Policies. Required. 5 + yrs.
• Experience in ALL phases of Object-Oriented software development, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation. Required. 5 + yrs.
• Data Modeling. Required. 5 + yrs.
• Support of large-scale business centric. Required. 5 + yrs.
• Experience communicating clearly and effectively both written and oral with technical and non-technical personnel. Required. 4 + yrs
• WebSphere or WebLogic. Desired. 6 + yrs.
• J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java). Desired. 6 + yrs.
• MS / SQL or DB2. Desired. 6 + yrs.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
