Job descriptionLead performance marketing : design and execute growth campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels to drive new patient bookings Own the funnel : optimize ad performance, landing pages, and conversion paths to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition Build the marketing engine : develop the systems, dashboards, and playbooks that turn insights into repeatable growth Test and iterate : identify new audiences, creative angles, and partnership opportunities to keep Oli top of mind in every market we enter Collaborate cross functionally : work directly with leadership, operations, and creative to align brand, performance, and patient experience Report and refine : analyze campaign data, patient acquisition trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within D2C, healthcare, aesthetics, or multi location service businesses Proven track record managing Meta and Google Ads with six figure budgets and measurable acquisition results Deep understanding of analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking Experience building and optimizing high ROI funnels from ad creative through lead nurturing A balance of creative intuition and analytical precision Leadership ability to build and manage small teams or agency partners Competitive compensation with performance incentives Hybrid flexibility (Metro Detroit preferred) Direct impact — your work directly drives patient growth and brand expansion Fast growing company with strong culture, high standards, and massive upside

About Oli at Home
Oli at Home is a concierge medical practice delivering aesthetic treatments including Botox, Jeuveau, microneedling, and chemical peels directly to patients’ homes. We’re redefining convenience, care, and connection in aesthetics through a high touch approach that centers on trust and long term relationships.
We’re growing quickly across Michigan. To help drive that growth, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing who’s ready to build, lead, and scale a modern acquisition engine from the ground up.
The Role
As Head of Marketing, you’ll own patient acquisition end to end, from strategy to execution. You’ll oversee paid media (Meta, Google), SEO, and conversion funnel optimization while shaping the story that introduces thousands of new patients to Oli.
