Custodial Escrow Clerk

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily processing of new account deposits and existing account withdrawals.
• Investigate and correct differences related to processing and requested by attorneys and landlords by performing research either electronically or manually reviewing the paperwork.
• Perform customer maintenance to ensure daily reports reflect proper account information.
• Communicate with agents and attorneys daily, to process closeouts, changes, deposits, etc.
• Filing and other clerical duties.
• Assist department as needed.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Basic PC skills for Microsoft Office -- Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize assignments.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of six months of related clerical experience.
