Job descriptionAccurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard collision estimating software Communicate effectively with customers, insurance representatives, and technicians to ensure a smooth repair process Manage multiple repair projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of estimates and related documentation Provide outstanding customer service, guiding clients through the repair process and addressing their questions or concerns Collaborate with the repair team to ensure estimates are thorough and repairs are completed to the highest standards Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an estimator in a collision repair facility Proficiency with collision estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and write accurate, comprehensive estimates Outgoing, motivated, and team-oriented attitude ICAR and ASE certifications are preferred, but not required
