Responsibilities :

• Lead and participatein the design and development of complex electrical hardwaresystems including schematic capture component selection and PCBlayout.
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to define and refine system architecture ensuring alignmentwith product requirements and objectives.
• Develop and oversee the creationof prototypes to validate and iterate upon designconcepts.
• Establish comprehensive testingprocedures and protocols to verify the functionality performanceand safety of hardwaresystems.
• Mentor and provide technicalguidance to junior engineers fostering a culture of continuouslearning and innovation.
• Create and maintain detaileddesign documentation including schematics BOMs and testplans.
• Ensure that hardware designs meetall relevant industry standards andregulations.
• Work closely with crossfunctionalteams including software engineers firmware engineers and projectmanagers to drive successful projectoutcomes.
• Identify and address technicalchallenges troubleshoot issues and implement effectivesolutions.

Qualifications

• Management andleadership experience.
• Strong background in CAD designof circuits modules andprocessors.
• Design experience involving A / DD / A and microcontrollers.
• Experience writing scheduling andcost estimating proposals.
• Aircraft interfaceexperience.
• Bachelors degree in ElectronicsEngineering or equivalent workexperience.

ExperienceDesired

• Any experience withmilitary environment commercial aircraft military aircraft groundvehicles or support equipment.
• FPGA experience.
