Commercial Real Estate Attorney

A mid-sized, full-service firm with a nationally respected real estate practice is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 4+ years of transactional experience. This role offers the change to take true ownership of deals, work closely with clients, and braoden your expeirence beyond traditional real estate transactions.

Highlights :

• Lead and manage deals from LOI through closing
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
• Oversee due diligence, title, and closing logistics
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on real estate-adjacent matters such as foreclosure, lien enforcement, and landlord / tenant issues
• Exposure to projects involving solar, renewable energy, data centers, and telecom infrastructure
