Job descriptionSAGE has offices statewide in Arizona - Clinician / Case Managers are assigned office locations closest to home. At least 50% of work schedule will be in-office. All equipment provided. We are looking for Clinician / Case Managers in the Maricopa County area !! - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas! Clinician / Case Managers are Full-Time employees and work non-traditional schedules, including weekend hours. Facilitate various groups, including substance use, shoplifting, other curriculums as needed Conduct discharge planning and provide referrals as necessary and appropriate to clients for additional services Conduct regular, individual meetings with clients to monitor program status and address goals Top-level compensation packages Bilingual pay differential Annual merit-based compensation increases Career advancement opportunities Remarkable health, dental, and disability benefits 401k company match Holiday, PTO, and employer-paid life insurance Clinical licensure supervision and reimbursement Evidence-based treatment approaches, training, and supervision Required : Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Group facilitation experience preferred Minimum 2 years of direct work experience in a related field Must have good verbal and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, visitors, and coworkers Must have strong organization, time and project management and multitasking skills.

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Full-Time Clinician / Case Managers. This role will facilitate group counseling sessions and conduct case management services to support SAGE clients. Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders with an overall clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards.

- Up to $55,250, depending on experience
