SIOP Specialist (Hybrid)

Business Analyst / Siop Lead

Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / SIOP Lead to support the Engine Control Systems (ECS) Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) team with a primary focus on the West Des Moines and Carroll sites. In this role, you will be responsible for driving effective SIOP processes across a multi-site value streamconnecting supply, demand, inventory, and financial planning to enable operational excellence. This is a key position for a results-driven, detail-oriented professional who excels at leading change, improving processes, and elevating SIOP maturity across the organization.

Ideally this would be a hybrid role based in West Des Moines. Will consider preferred candidates for a remote role with additional travel required to the site.

What You Will Do

• Lead the end-to-end SIOP process for assigned value stream and sites, ensuring cross-functional alignment between Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Program teams.
• Drive demand and supply planning, including forecast analysis, capacity planning, constraint management, master scheduling inputs, and inventory optimization.
• Support financial alignment, including monthly reconciliation of SIOP plans to financial forecasts, revenue expectations, material strategies, and inventory targets.
• Prepare and deliver monthly SIOP reviews for all aircraft and products within the value stream, providing clear insights, risks, and recommended actions to senior leadership.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of SIOP processes, tools, metrics, and maturity across West Des Moines, Carroll, and connecting value streams.
• Lead and influence organizational change, partnering with site leaders and functional teams to ensure adoption of improved planning practices.
• Promote and model RTX values (Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, Innovation) and effectively apply the Raytheon Technologies CORE Operating System to enable process discipline.
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization, building strong relationships and driving alignment through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Facilitate issue resolution related to planning gaps, material constraints, demand volatility, or process reliability challenges.

Hybrid : Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
