Job description
A company is looking for an RFP Writer to manage and produce high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and related sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the RFP response process from intake to submission, including content development and delivery
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and refine technical information
Track and report on RFP activity and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience writing and managing RFPs or complex proposals
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with proposal management tools
Familiarity with occupational health or related healthcare service lines is preferred
Understanding of federal, state, and corporate procurement processes
