Job Description :

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide tier 2 technical support to approximately 15,000 customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring effective system access, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support via phone and video for users with varying technical expertise.
• Troubleshoot hardware / software issues in workstation and desktop support.
• Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system for issue tracking and resolution.
• Assist with business continuity and information security needs.
• Maintain strong communication with customers to enhance service delivery.
