Payroll Accountant

We're seeking a Payroll Accountant to join a collaborative and high-performing payroll team within a stable and growing organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced payroll professional with strong technical skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle, biweekly payroll processing for a large, multi-state employee base.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal tax and labor regulations.
• Perform detailed reconciliations and prepare reports for Finance and HR teams.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to employee pay and deductions.
• Partner cross-functionally to support audits and ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the payroll system.
