Job description

A company is looking for an Executive Business Partner to support senior leadership in various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to senior executives

Manage complex calendars and scheduling, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and thought partner

Plan and coordinate travel, logistics, and internal events with precision

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Partner, or similar role supporting VP+ executives

Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong business judgment and attention to detail

Comfortable working across functions and time zones with professionalism

High emotional intelligence with an instinct for building trust and rapport
