We’re searching for a  Senior Field Service Technician  to join our growing  Field Operations  team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.

What You’ll Do :

As a  Senior Field Service Technician , you will be at the heart of our  customer success and operational excellence , providing hands-on expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge public transit  Mobile Video System equipment . You’ll :

• Conduct on-site customer service visits, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day repairs on transit system buses.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions while collaborating with manufacturers and field personnel.
• Manage multiple assignments and respond to technical challenges with a calm, problem-solving approach.
• Travel occasionally within the U.S. for retrofits, startups, and troubleshooting projects.
