A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist - ANZ.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll processes, including salary distribution and payslip generation
Maintain employee data and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax obligations
Address employee inquiries and assist in HR-related issues as needed
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations in Australia and New Zealand
Experience with payroll systems and software, particularly Xero
Minimum tertiary education (post-secondary)
Good knowledge of labor legislation and the leave system in Australia
