Consumer Insights Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods and healthcare industry, is seeking a passionate and strategic Consumer Insights Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key contributor in the Consumer Insights department, you will support cross-functional teams by providing valuable consumer and market insights. What's the Job?

Oversee consumer learning initiatives across multiple sources to craft compelling stories that influence strategic decisions.

Design and execute research projects aligned with business objectives to answer critical questions and uncover actionable insights.

Advocate for the consumer by integrating consumer knowledge into all decision-making processes and communicating insights confidently.

Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including marketing, sales, R&D, and research agencies.

Manage category budgets effectively, ensuring timely payments and optimal resource allocation to meet business needs.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 5 years of relevant consumer research experience, preferably within consumer packaged goods or pharmaceutical sectors.

Deep expertise in market research methodologies and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

Strong understanding of categories, brands, and portfolios with a proven track record of influencing business outcomes.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently across multiple projects.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strategic thinking capabilities.
