Salary : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable : general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant management jobs at Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, In-N-Out Burger.

Requirements / Responsibilities

Your Impact :

  • Managing and Developing a team of 20+
  • Collaborate with the Owner to create and implement new policies / procedures and systems
  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety
  • Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction
  • Reporting directly to the Owner to discuss the current / future state of the store

    • The Restaurant Manager is responsible for :

  • Opening or closing the store
  • Directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant
  • Ensuring that food safety and quality assurance standards are met
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability.

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Can demonstrate humility, kindness and care for others
  • Passion for quick service restaurants
  • High level responsibilities running a high volume restaurant
  • Experience creating systems
  • Experience managing a P&L, food cost, inventory and labor
  • Is capable of holding others accountable

    • The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure success. Prior experience as a rare very helpful to your success at this job.
