We are seeking highly motivated and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Well Drillers and Pump Installers. This role involves working on water well drilling projects, installing pumping equipment, maintaining water systems, and operating specialized machinery in outdoor field environments. You will be part of a dedicated crew responsible for ensuring safe and efficient completion of water supply projects for a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drilling, constructing, and developing water wells
• Install, maintain, and repair submersible pumps, vertical turbine pumps, and associated equipment
• Operate and maintain drilling rigs, hoists, and heavy machinery
• Measure, cut, thread, and install well casing, pipe, and fittings
• Drive company vehicles, operate forklifts, and run project-specific tools / equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools, trucks, and work sites
• Document work performed, project notes, and equipment usage
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and site-specific protocols
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Travel to various job sites as required
