About Us Since 2014, Naomie Wert Interiors has been creating high-end, full-scale residential design projects in the East Bay and beyond. We curate homes that combine elegance, functionality, and personality, and we’re looking for a talented Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our team and help bring exceptional living spaces to life.

Position Overview As an Interior Designer with our studio, you’ll work closely with the principal on residential projects from concept through completion. This role blends creative vision with technical expertise , requiring someone who can manage multiple projects while maintaining impeccable design standards.

Key Responsibilities Support design projects for new builds, renovations, and remodels, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Develop compelling design concepts, furniture plans, architectural elevations, and presentations

Source and specify finishes, materials, furniture, fixtures, and décor

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to execute the design vision

Prepare detailed drawings and construction documents (plans, elevations, schedules)

Develop custom millwork and furniture designs

Manage client communications with professionalism and care

Travel to projects and the SF Design Center as needed

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional residential interior design experience

Strong portfolio showcasing new builds, renovations, and remodels

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite

Familiarity with Mac OS and Keynote presentations

Comfortable using Google Workspace

Houzz experience is a bonus

Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and trade vendors

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, client-first mindset

Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
