Your Mission As the Operations Supervisor, you will serve as the bridge between strategy and execution — ensuring our drivers, dispatch, customers, and leadership are aligned and thriving together. You’ll oversee daily crude oil transportation and field activities while championing safety, compliance, and excellence in every operation.
You will :
Collaborate with the Rocky Mountains Operations Manager to align field performance with company goals and values.Lead and mentor field service teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.Conduct field audits, driver observations, and compliance reviews to ensure full adherence to DOT, HSE, and internal standards.Build trusted relationships with customers and field representatives to ensure service satisfaction and issue resolution.Provide ongoing driver training and mentorship, reinforcing a culture of safety and accountability.Support and lead incident investigations, ensuring accurate data collection and actionable insights.Partner with leadership on strategic planning, bid preparation, and operational improvements.Evaluate and improve field processes, facilities, and practices for efficiency and compliance.Champion proactive communication between drivers, customers, dispatch, and internal teams.Serve as the eyes and ears of the field, translating operational realities into actionable insights for executive leadership.Travel regularly throughout the Williston Basin region to provide hands-on oversight and coaching.Requirements :

You have :
5+ years of oilfield or energy services experience (required)Supervisory or leadership experience — proven ability to guide teams toward successClass A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements (Required)Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and HSE compliance requirementsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsA maintenance background or basic understanding of truck / vehicle upkeep (preferred)Dispatch, logistics, or transportation management experience (preferred; training provided)A hands-on approach with a strategic mindset — you can operate in the field and think like an operatorA positive attitude, self-motivation, and commitment to safety and ethicsWillingness to travel and work occasional extended hours, including nights and weekends as needed
