Global Site Agreement Specialist

A company is looking for an Agreement Specialist responsible for the development and analysis of contractual relationships related to clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and manage clinical trial agreements with investigative sites

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely site start-up and contract execution

Review client contract changes and maintain accurate contract files and status updates

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience with contracts

Bachelor's Degree and JD required

Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Familiarity with clinical contracts and negotiation

Experience in a service industry or project management environment
