Quality Control Manager :
Inceed has partnered with a leading global manufacturer to help find a skilled Quality Control Manager to lead their quality management program and coordinate with continuous improvement teams.
The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 15 to 25 employees while ensuring adherence to quality plans and standards that align with company goals.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with team members on procedures such as internal inspections, remedial plans, and newly developed processes.
- Track quality metrics and ensure continuous production and service are consistent with established standards.(supplier OTD, supplier quantity, FPY, COPQ, etc.)
- Carry out supervisory duties such as interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, resolving internal problems, and controlling the budget for the department.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree and / or minimum 5 years of related experience in Quality Control functions (dimensional inspections, code compliance, calibration systems / records). Other Information :
