Overview
As an Associate Director, Experience Strategy, your comprehensive digital strategy and consumer experience expertise will be essential to provide thoughtful and consistent execution for key client engagements. Rooted in an in-depth and empathetic understanding of the consumer's current environment and ecosystem as well as their priorities, motivators and pain points, this pivotal role demands a focus on how to most effectively solve for experience gaps between today's consumer experience and the desired future state.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day, your role will concentrate on collaborating across the agency and supporting Experience Design teams based on defined strategies across key accounts to deliver industry-leading digital products and services (DP&S). To do so, you will focus on :

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
