Managed Services Provider seeks an energetic and motivated IT Technician to join our support team!

Are you ready to take your IT career to the next level? Join our dynamic team as an IT Technician and become a trusted advisor to our clients. You'll spend most of your time engaging with our customers remotely and on-site, solving their issues, and building strong business relationships. You'll work with various technologies and end users, providing top-tier IT support to our extensive client base in and around the Denver Metro area. Adaptability is crucial due to the diverse office cultures and technologies you will encounter. Responsibilities will include :

• Provide desktop support over the phone and in-person, troubleshooting network and end-user systems.
• Develop and document technical procedures and end-user guides.
• Work alongside our team of technology professionals to deliver best-in-class IT support to over 1600 endpoints.
• Support our Systems Administrators on-site and in the office.
