Duration : 6+ months with possible extension or conversion

Pay range : $102 / hr - $118 / hr

Schedule : Mon - Fri Standard PST business hours

Overview :

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the product marketing strategy, guiding internal and external stakeholders on opportunities while leveraging market insights to inform product and feature positioning. You'll lead scalable marketing initiatives, develop campaigns, and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive product adoption. A strategic thinker, you'll solve ambiguous challenges, predict industry trends, and champion DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the subject-matter expert on product(s) / feature(s), advising cross-functional teams on market analysis, industry trends, and product development.
• Lead user research efforts by scoping needs, managing studies, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop marketing content aligned with product strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and regional adaptation.
• Advocate for user-centric marketing, integrating customer feedback into product development and UX improvements.
• Define go-to-market (GTM) plans, including audience targeting, positioning, and channel strategy for campaigns.
• Foster inclusive collaboration by promoting psychological safety, mitigating biases, and adapting communication styles.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies to meet OKRs.
• Analyze market opportunities (size, revenue, growth) and build business cases for product launches.
• Shape brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on user insights and market trends.
