The Director Of Operations reports to the Senior Director Of Operations. Seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director Of Operations with over 10 years of experience in optimizing warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management within food distribution environments. Adept at leading high-performing teams, implementing process improvements, driving change management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role demands a results-driven leader with experience in union environments, perishable handling, and KPI accountability. Seeking to leverage their strong background in operational excellence and strategic planning to drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of Gellert Global Group and the Celebrity Warehouse.

Essential Functions

Operational Management :

• Oversee multishift operation with 40+ employees across dry, refrigerated and frozen storage zones in 2 facilities.
• Lead, manage and continuously improve all warehouse functions including unloading, receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, shipping, scheduling, yard management, e-commerce, kitting, billing & automation.
• Implement, monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
