About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Commercial Operations to develop and implement a powerful go-to-market strategy for our growth in the US. In this senior leadership role, you will play a crucial part in establishing lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders and driving our expansion efforts. Initially, you'll be hands-on in our commercial operations and eventually lead the charge in building a high-performing team focused on growth in North America.

Key responsibilities include :

• Defining and executing the US entry and growth strategy
• Building strategic partnerships with leading agencies and advertisers
• Ensuring alignment of our strategic vision within the US market

The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in business development and commercial operations, ideally with a background in international markets. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in launching and scaling commercial initiatives, along with a robust network in media agencies and advertising. You should have the skills to build and lead teams from the ground up, all while maintaining a results-driven approach to achieve significant revenue growth.

Fluency in English is a must. As the Director of Commercial Operations, you will represent our company in the US market, enhance our brand positioning, and drive business performance through insightful, data-driven decision-making.
