Director, Brand and Marketing
Role Description
At Oak Street Health, we are building a leading marketing and brand strategy team, which plays a vital role in shaping how the brand is perceived in the market, driving consumer engagement and growth, and ultimately maximizing the number of patients we are able to serve.
The Director of Marketing will report to Oak Street Health's VP of Brand and oversee marketing strategy development and implementation.
The individual will collaborate across Oak Street Health and CVS Health organizations.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Management : Ensuring the consistency of Oak Street Health's brand identity across all marketing initiatives and channels.
This includes overseeing the messaging, design, and overall communication strategy to strengthen brand awareness and consideration among the target audience.
Consumer-Centered Creative Development : Utilize market research, consumer insights, and segmentation to understand the needs and motivations of the target consumer to develop compelling marketing strategies and creative executions that engage the target and drive action.
Campaign Management : Leading the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and initiatives.
This involves planning, testing, executing, and optimizing performance based on results. Collaborate closely with the internal creative and design team to deliver marketing assets.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Working closely with stakeholders both within Oak Street Health and across the CVS Health organization to drive results
Consumer Reputation Management : Oversee consumer reputation management initiatives, including overseeing consumer engagement on social media and partnering with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved

What are we looking for?
This role is strategic yet hands-on, requiring a balance of creative thinking, analytical ability, leadership, and collaboration skills.
The candidate should be adept at navigating a dynamic marketing landscape, leveraging data to make informed decisions, and collaborating seamlessly across business units to drive results.
MBA preferred, Bachelor's degree in a related field required
7+ years of relevant experience
Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven growth, enhanced brand awareness, and achieved business goals
Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
Significant experience collaborating and influencing cross-functional partners, excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor; creative problem solver
Interest, experience, and / or passion for healthcare and or value-based care
US work authorization
