Job Description
- Develop and implement an impactful plan for the client groups aligned to Global HR and business strategies. Critical areas to be addressed include talent and performance management, hiring and retention planning. Leverage global processes accordingly.
- Support and deliver annual HR processes and programs related to Performance & Reward, Learning & Development and Culture & Engagement. Leverage and support related global initiatives such as system implementations, etc.
- Drive the company culture development and HR transformation agenda, while building a culture of ownership, accountability and trust and providing direction and guidance as to company policies.
- Establish and execute staffing plans, including building talent pipelines and proactive engagement with candidates.
- Partner with managers, provide advice and solutions related to all HR matters (recruitment, retention, performance, conflict management)
- Drive employment value proposition and branding to continuously attract and hire great people
- Monitor and continually seek to improve HR effectiveness, including by tracking and reporting key measures
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR role, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Experience in medical devices will be preferred.Experience in having led a transformation (or at least project / change management experience) within a modern HR organization, in an international environmentThorough knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety and labor relationsUnderstands different cultures and can effectively act in a multi-cultural environmentDetail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a structured and proactive working attitude, strong work ethicAbility to form strong professional relationships and build trust on all levelsCan-do attitude, proactive mindset, ability to cope with ambiguityStrong communication skills in English – written and verbalAdditional Information
