Responsibilities include :

- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in our database
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or management
