Walters Wholesale Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Lake Forest, CA location.

Job Type : Full-Time, In Person

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email with accuracy and urgency.
• Provide quotes on pricing, delivery, and payment terms; suggest alternative products when needed.
• Support outside sales representatives by managing transactions, quotes, and order follow-ups.
• Track open orders, backorders, and project statuses to ensure timely customer communication.
• Build strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable and solution-oriented service.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, warehouse, and counter sales as needed.
• Recommend and help implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
